As per the press released by Qatar Airways, the Qatar flagship Qatar airways has signed the codeshare agreement with the Brazilian LATAM airways. This agreement has increased the flight connectivity to and from 7 destinations across Brazil. Qatar Airways has been expanding its flight networks with the recovery on the airline’s sector due to COVID-19

The agreement has increased the weekly schedule flight from Qatar giving connectivity to passengers traveling to and from Curitiba, Manaus, Porto Alegre, Rio De Janerio, Sao Luiz, and Vitoria.

Qatar Airways has increased Sao Paulo services to 10 weekly flights and expanded codeshare cooperation with LATAM Airlines Brasil optimizing connectivity for both airline’s passengers to and from destinations in Asia, the Middle East, and South America. The new agreement also allows Qatar Airways passengers to book travel on 45 additional LATAM Airlines Brasil flights and to travel over 40 domestic and international destinations on the South American carrier’s network. Which includes Brasilia, Curitiba, Porto Velho, Rio Branco, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Jose, Lima (Peru), Montevideo (Uruguay), and Santiago (Chile).

Also, the passengers of LATAM Airlines Brasil are able to book recently expanded 10 weekly flights to and from Sao Paulo, operated by Qatar Airways’ Airbus A350-1000. LATAM Airlines Brasil passengers can able to book their travel to eight additional Qatar Airways’ destinations connecting via Doha to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Maldives, Nairobi, Seoul, and Tokyo along with Baku, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore

With the agreement, the frequent fliers of both airlines are also able to earn and redeem miles for travel across the partners’ complete network as well as recognition of their tier status at select airports with benefits such as priority check-in and priority boarding.
