As per the press released by Oman Air, the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman will return to scheduled service on 1st October.

With the initial operation, the flight will be resuming to 12 countries with a total of 16 cities. The airline will start its operation to  Muscat with London, Frankfurt, Istanbul in Europe, Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi, Kuala Lumpur, Manila Lahore, and Islamabad in Asian continents,  Dubai, Doha, in the middle east and Dar Es Salaam, Zanzibar in the African continent. Gradually, Oman airways will be adding their scheduled flight to other destinations as well.

Flights to India are subject to Indian authorities lifting restrictions for scheduled international passenger flights. Scheduled service will also connect Muscat and Khasab, Oman.

Oman Air will maintain its comprehensive safety program throughout all elements of the travel journey to ensure that guests fly confidently. Masks are required when guests are onboard the aircraft and in Oman’s airports.

Social Distancing will be maintained during boarding and exiting the aircraft. The aircraft will be carefully cleaned after each flight and at the end of every day.

The Cabin crew will be using PPE during the whole flight and all safety measures will be implemented during the operations of the flight.
