Kuwait-based budget airlines Jazeera Airways is resuming its flights from the beginning of August to 20 destinations. After the suspension of all flights due to Covid-19 the flight is operating after grounded for 6 months.
Airlines has confirmed their schedule daily flights from Kuwait to Dubai, twice-weekly flights to Riyadh and Beirut, three times weekly flights to Amman and Istanbul with number of flights.
Jazeera Airlines Mr. Rohit Ramachandran said, “We are all very pleased to be resuming are flights and serving our customers after a suspension of over four months at Kuwait International Airport. During this period, we continued to operate by supporting repatriation and expatriation flights, We anticipate demand will be strong in August and our schedule focuses on the most desirable routes – whether people want to fly to visit the family or for medical, touristic and business purposes”.
Jazeera Airlines has announced new health and safety guidelines with mandatory online check-ins, wearing medical face masks and gloves at all times by the passengers. Beside the airport terminal will be properly disinfection and social distancing markers will be placed on the floor to maintain a safe distance. All crew members will be using protective gear all the time.
